We at Idaho Housing and Finance Association are seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to provide front-line support by responding to customer inquiries, processing routine loan servicing requests, and maintaining accurate records. This role plays a key part in delivering timely, professional service while supporting overall departmental efficiency.

• Respond to customer inquiries related to ACH payments, payoffs, VOMs, reconveyances, and other servicing requests.
• Process loan servicing transactions in accordance with RESPA guidelines and internal procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer requests efficiently.
• Deliver professional, timely, and high-quality customer service.

• 6 months to 1 year of customer service or loan servicing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team‑oriented environment.
• Proficiency with standard office technology and customer service systems.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – an advantage.
