Customer Service Rep
Four Seasons Yachts is seeking a Guest Services Agent to assist guests with service issues, queries and requests aboard its luxury yacht. You will provide ship, port and tour information and support guest arrivals and embarkation.
This role requires cruise ship experience, fluent English, and strong customer service skills. The contract runs 4–6 months with a subsequent 2 months of vacation; flights, meals and accommodation are provided.
