Success is measured by CSAT, first-response time, resolution time, ticket quality and customer retention.

This is a fully remote role. Applicants must be based in the United States, the United Kingdom, or Australia.

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat
• Troubleshoot product and account issues
• Assist with billing and subscription questions

• Reproduce and document bugs
• Create and update help-center articles
• Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product team
