JOB SUMMARY:
Offer customer support through phone to customers who may have questions or concerns about a product or service acquired. To become a Brand representative who is always willing to help and find sounding solutions for customers.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:- Communicate via inbound telephone calls with customers
- Up-sell requirements
- Provide prompt resolution to customer inquiries by providing appropriate and accurate information
- Accurately document and update records in required systems
- Understand all programs, systems, and procedures necessary to perform the job effectively
- Generate fees and up-sell wherever possible
- Represent highest standards of the brand
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1-2 years customer service experience – telephone experience
- Proven sales experience
