Full-Time | Monday travel to Mountain Home required (team travels together)

This is a full-time role based primarily in Boise, with Mondays spent at our Mountain Home location. The team travels together in a company vehicle, making it an easy and collaborative start to the week.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for the following:

  • Assist with orthodontic procedures including braces, clear aligners, and appliance adjustments
  • Prepare operatories and maintain a clean, efficient clinical environment
  • Take digital scans, photos, and X-rays using modern orthodontic technology
  • Provide clear patient education on appliances, oral hygiene, and treatment expectations
  • Support doctors and teammates to keep the schedule running smoothly
  • Help create a welcoming, confident experience for every patient
Qualifications

You will be required to possess the following:

  • Priororthodontic assisting experience is strongly preferred
  • Confident chairside skills and strong patient communication
  • Ability to thrive in a busy, team-oriented practice
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and flexibility
  • Willingness to travel with the team to Mountain Home on Mondays
