What

You’ll Do

As a full‑time optometrist working 40 hours per week, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional eye care to patients of all ages. You will diagnose and manage a wide variety of visual and medical conditions, providing comprehensive primary eye care tailored to each individual’s needs. Each day, you’ll typically see 12 to 15 patients, leveraging cutting‑edge technology such as the Zeiss Cirrus OCT, Zeiss Clarus Ultra‑Widefield imaging, Virtual Field visual field analyzer, Medmont Meridia topographer, and Eaglet ESP scleral profilometer to ensure the highest standard of care and diagnostic accuracy.

Your responsibilities include prescribing premium optical solutions and a full range of contact lenses, effectively managing ocular diseases, and participating in a rotating evening on‑call schedule a few weeks per year (with minimal call volume expected).

Minimum Qualifications
  • OD degree from a credentialed college of Optometry
  • Passing scores from all parts of NBEO boards
  • Current licensure in the State of Idaho
