St. Luke’s Cancer Institute is seeking a BC/BE Palliative Care Physician to join our nationally recognized oncology team. This role is essential to our mission of delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to individuals facing serious and complex illnesses. You will be part of a dynamic, interdisciplinary team that includes oncologists, advanced practice providers, nurses, social workers, chaplains, and other specialists.

• Provide expert palliative care consultation for oncology patients in outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Support patients and families in navigating complex medical decisions, symptom management, and goals of care.
• Educate staff, patients, and families on palliative care principles and best practices.
• Participate in program development, quality improvement initiatives, and educational efforts.

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in palliative care.
• Eligible for medical licensure in Idaho.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
• Experience in palliative oncology care preferred.
