Overview
St. Luke's Neonatology is seeking a full-time Neonatologist to join our collaborative team of 12 board‑certified Neonatologists and 25 APPs to support NICUs across four St. Luke's locations.
Position Highlights- Employed practice covering four NICUs across southwestern and central Idaho
- St. Luke's Children's Hospital, Boise - Level IV NICU (minus cardiac surgery and ECMO)
- Largest NICU in Idaho
- 800 annual admissions
- Full complement of pediatric subspecialists
- St. Luke's Magic Valley, Twin Falls - Level III NICU
- St. Luke's Meridian and Nampa - Level II NICU
- Longstanding Vermont Oxford Network (VON) member since 1992
- Strong focus on data‑driven quality improvement and evidence‑based care
- CME and conference support provided
- Teaching and mentoring opportunities through new Pediatric Residency Program (launched in 2023 with Full Circle Health)
- Strong interest in POCUS applications relevant to neonatal care.
- Experience or strong interest in NICU Follow‑Up Clinic operations and developmental assessments.
