Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG), a physician-led, 650+ provider multispecialty group, is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Obstetrician/Gynecologist (OB‑GYN) to join a collaborative and mission-driven practice in Nampa, Idaho. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality care in an underserved community while enjoying the support of a robust, integrated health system. We are seeking providers interested in working in hybrid capacity, splitting time between outpatient clinic and hospitalist responsibilities.
The schedule is a traditional workweek plus call and hospital responsibilities. Minimum of 32 patient contact hours per week plus rounding and call. Call requirement is approximately one unrestricted 24-hour onsite Hospitalist shift per week.

Support
:
Maternal‑Fetal‑Medicine;
Gynecologic Oncologist; 4 bed Level II NICU; 24/7 CRNA Anesthesia; ED; SAMG network of 74 Primary & Specialty Care clinics; larger system resources including Boise OB/GYN practice; da Vinci robot available onsite.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree.
- Successful completion of an ACGME or AOA accredited obstetrics & gynecology residency program.
- Board certification through the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) or the American
Osteopathic Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (AOBOG) - or obtain certification within 3 years of employment. - Obtain Idaho & Oregon medical licensure and granting of privileges at SAMC
- Nampa and other health system
affiliated hospitals as needed, valid controlled substance registration with Board of Pharmacy and DEA.
