Thepracticeisseekinganoptometristtoworkonetothreedaysperweek,withschedulingtailoredtothecandidate’savailability.

Saturdaycoverageonetotwotimespermonthispreferredbutnotrequired,andtheownerishappytoworkwiththerightindividualtocreateaschedulethatfitsbothparties.

Thereisalsopotentialforadditionaldaysinthefutureasthepracticecontinuestogrow,thoughadditionalhoursarenotguaranteed.

Patientcareiscenteredoncomprehensiveeyeexaminations,glasses,andcontactlensesinarelaxed,patient-focused environment.

Thepracticeprimarilyprovidesroutinevisioncare,referringmostmedicaleyediseasetolocalspecialists.

Foranoptometristwithaninterestinexpandingmedicalservices,thereisflexibilitytograduallyincorporateadditionalmedicalcareintothepracticeovertime.

Doctorstypicallysee
14to20patientsperday,allowingampletimetodeliverpersonalizedcareandbuildlastingrelationshipswithpatients.

Thepatientbaseconsistsprimarilyofadultswhilestillprovidingcareforfamiliesandpediatricpatients.

Experiencedstaffmembershandlepatientworkupsandpretesting,allowingdoctorstofocusonpatientcare.

Thepracticeutilizes Modernizing Medicine (Mod Med) electronichealthrecordsandisequippedwith:

• Optosretinalimaging
• Humphrey Visual Field
• Corneal topographer/wavefront analyzer
• Autorefractor
• Tonometer

Theidealcandidateenjoyscomprehensiveoptometry,contactlensfitting,andpracticingindependentlywhilehavingthesupportofanexperiencedpracticeownerwhenneeded.

Doctorof Optometry(O.D.)degree
