Requirements Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise seeking a locum Medical Oncologist physician to fill their need! :
January 202712-hour shifts 7 am
-7 pm with a 7 on/7 off schedule
Must be able to cover 14 shifts per month 7on/7 off Inpatient Medical Oncology coverage only
No ambulatory or outpatient coverage
No Call Travel - 750/round trip cap to include all taxes and fees Lodging - 179/night cap for hotels to include all taxes and fees. Preferred Lodging:
Candlewood Suites Boise – Towne Square an IHG Hotel.
Rental Car - To be reimbursed by facility not to be used with personal car/mileage reimbursement. 50/day cap including all taxes and fees regardless of car class. SUV/upgrades over cap will need to be preapproved will only be approved if needed for inclement weather.
Mileage - IRS Standard Rate to be reimbursed by facility only to be used with personal vehicle not to be used with rental car. Bill Rates Needed for Rate must be included in the rates
Daily Rate: 4000 capped
Holiday Daily Rate Conversion fee 25k rate cap
