• Childcare Worker’s License associated Costs
• Appleton Clinic— ACH covers 80% of the cost after 90 days for full-time staff.
• Reimbursement for gym membership up to $30.00 after 90 days for full-time staff.
• Childcare Discount of 50% for all staff members.
• Paid day off for your Birthday (Full Time: 8 hours/Part Time: 4 hours)
• 9 Paid Holidays after 12 months of continuous employment (Full Time: 8 hours/Part Time: 4 hours)

• Employ a variety of educational techniques (storytelling, educational play, media, etc.) to teach children.
• Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem
• Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers, or colors, do crafts, etc.)
• Track children’s progress and report to parents
• Communicate with parents regularly to understand the children’s background and psyche.
• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards.

• Must be 18 years of age and have a High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred 1-2 years of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• CDA, degree in Early Childhood Education or Elementary Education is a bonus but not required!
