• Collaborate with fellow teachers to enhance the overall educational experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
• Provide mentorship and support to assistant teachers and interns.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for helping young children learn, grow, and thrive.
• Ability to create a nurturing, engaging, and structured environment.
• Knowledge of child development principles and early见zenia best practices.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for Lead Teachers.
