Are you a passionate educator who loves inspiring young learners? Primrose School of North Meridian is excited to welcome dedicated Lead Teachers to our brand-new preschool. If you're committed to creating a nurturing, joyful, and enriching classroom environment, we’d love to meet you!
What You’ll Do- Create and implement developmentally appropriate, engaging lesson plans.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can explore and thrive.
- Observe, assess, and document children’s progress.
- Build strong partnerships with families and collaborate with fellow staff members.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom that supports hands‑on learning.
- Lead activities that promote creativity, problem‑solving, and social‑emotional growth.
- Ensure adherence to all state licensing regulations and health/safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a preschool or early learning setting.
- Teaching license or Early Childhood Education certification preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Understanding of early childhood development and best practices.
- Ability to create a warm, supportive, and engaging classroom atmosphere.
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred.
- A positive, team‑oriented mindset and dedication to continuous learning.
