Big Dog Solar is a growing residential solar company serving homeowners across the Boise area. We're looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our field team as Solar Technicians
. This is an excellent opportunity to get hands‑on experience in the renewable energy industry—no prior solar experience required.

• Assist with residential solar panel installations and related equipment
• Support lead technicians with job site setup, materials, and tools
• Perform basic electrical and mechanical tasks under supervision
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and organized
• Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
• Travel to residential job sites throughout the Boise area

• Entry‑level candidates welcome—training provided
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus, but not required

• Hourly pay (based on experience)
