The Corporate Controls Manager will lead the transformation of our controls department, adopting advanced fully‑automated systems to improve efficiency and reliability across three facilities. The role reports to the Director of Engineering and focuses on design, development, and standardization of control systems.

• Strategize and architect state‑of‑the‑art control systems for maximum efficiency, safety, and reliability.
• Drive automation excellence by optimizing processes and creating innovative control logic standards.
• Develop scalable, platform‑agnostic control logic frameworks for PLCs and DCS.
• Establish and enforce comprehensive control systems standards, including schematics, process flow diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Lead training and technical support programs for operations and maintenance personnel.

• Bachelor Science in Engineering (controls preferred).
• Proven experience with Emerson Delta
  
  V Automation and Rockwell Allen Bradley platforms.
• Solid understanding of IT, OT, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent problem‑solving, independent work, and team collaboration skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Experience in the sugar or heavy chemical processing industry.
• Knowledge of additional automation platforms.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.

• 8‑hour shift, Monday–Friday; weekends as needed.
