• Start up, develop, and optimize dry etch processes to improve product quality.
• Drive process yield improvements, cost reductions, and productivity enhancements.
• Collaborate with equipment, integration, and production teams to resolve line issues.
• Use project management skills to meet milestones that close yield, defectivity, production, and cost gaps.
• Drive improvements across all SPC charts that you own.

• 5+ years of industry experience as a Process Owner within Dry Etch.
• B.S. or M.S. in an engineering field, or equivalent military experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes.

• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative teamwork.
• Proficient in data science and programming skills.
