Exempt Overview Stillwater is seeking a Systems Engineer/Integrator to support mission training and technical integration efforts at Gowen Field in Boise, Idaho. The Systems Engineer/Integrator will play a critical role in exercise planning, system integration, and ensuring compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity standards. This position requires strong technical knowledge, collaboration skills, and the ability to develop solutions for complex technical challenges.

Responsibilities
* Assist with the exercise planning process from an architectural perspective for SIM-STIM integration.
* Maintain familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and DoD cybersecurity standards to support current systems and future upgrades.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and recommend solutions to complex technical issues.
* Support technical upgrades and integration activities to ensure operational readiness. Qualifications

* Required:

CompTIA Security+ certification (must be acquired and maintained).
* Strong technical understanding of system integration and cybersecurity compliance.
* Ability to analyze technical requirements and provide innovative solutions.
* Experience working in defense or training environments preferred. Education & Certifications

* Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent.

* Required:

CompTIA Security+ certification. Additional Requirements
* Must possess and maintain an active SECRET clearance.
* U.S. Citizenship is required due to security clearance eligibility.
