We bring together construction managers, engineers, planners, scientists, and surveyors to provide outstanding client service across projects ranging from groundwater monitoring and contaminated site investigations to environmental compliance.

• Design and implement sampling programs for groundwater, soil, and other environmental media.
• Analyze and interpret hydrogeologic data and prepare clear, accurate technical reports.
• Support hazardous materials (hazmat) assessments for large‑scale NEPA analyses, including corridor studies and Phase I/II site assessments.
• Implement programmatic services for long‑term stormwater and groundwater compliance monitoring to meet regulatory requirements in Oregon, Washington, and Idaho.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Geology, Hydrogeology, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in hydrogeologic assessments, contaminated site investigations, or similar environmental consulting work.
• Experience with groundwater monitoring, soil sampling, or hazmat‑related NEPA or environmental review work.
• Oregon or Idaho professional licensure (or ability to obtain within 6 months) preferred.
• Strong analysis, report development skills and a detail‑oriented, collaborative mindset.

Base salary range: $80,000 – $115,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. As employee‑owners, salaries are reviewed annually, with performance‑based bonuses and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
