Senior Wet Etch Equipment Engineer

As a Senior Wet Etch Equipment Engineer you will focus on the installation, maintenance, optimization, and development of wet‑etch equipment to enable high‑quality semiconductor production. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to resolve equipment issues and improve yield and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Installation and qualification of industry‑leading wet process equipment in our new cleanroom.
- Monitor wet‑process equipment performance, perform data analysis, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshoot, and document results.
- Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment‑related issues affecting production.
- Use project‑management skills to complete project milestones that close hardware gaps around equipment deficiencies.
- Establish productive vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement and drive best‑in‑class equipment metrics.
- Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of industry experience as an equipment owner with wet process equipment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, equivalent military experience, or an AAS with 5+ years in industry.
- Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a detail‑oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in data science and programming skills.
