Responsibilities and Tasks- Collaborate with the PD/HVM teams to drive speed, scale, cost, and quality improvements in the WET Area.
- Establish and refine process conditions and technology.
- Drive suppliers for WET Equipment / Process / Materials improvement to meet future technology needs.
- Upgrade process capabilities while reducing production costs.
- Develop and modify process management projects.
- Set detailed process parameters for various semiconductor equipment.
- Evaluate, promote, and plan for new equipment and materials.
- Conduct abnormal analysis and develop improvement strategies.
- Enable the flawless implementation of FOAK Doc

Job Responsibilities
Enhance yield by building on tools, processes, or wafer fabrication recipes. Identify and address wafer fabrication issues, conducting in-depth root cause analysis. Collaborate with other process areas to understand and manage process deviations. Investigate defect issues over the long term, necessitating extensive collaboration with shift engineering and other functional areas. Assess products to ensure they meet design and performance specifications. Conduct research to determine process adjustment needs and recommend improvements or equipment changes necessary for successful new product or part manufacturing.
Requirements- Bachelor’s/Master’s in chemical/material/mechanical engineering or a relevant field with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
- In-depth understanding of the DRAM or NAND process flow.
- Strong desire and creativity to explore process and control improvements.
- Familiarity with Micron’s worldwide team structure, standards, and processes.
- Knowledge of Micron’s process control methods and direct experience with general line sustaining.
- Proficiency in instructing on acquired process knowledge, error concerns, and BKMs or equivalent experience.
- Strong communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly to content specialists.
- Working knowledge of data analysis systems and SWR systems.
- Proven ability to set, measure, and achieve both short and long-term goals.
