The Customer Integration Lead (CIL) is a technical and customer-facing role within the CETL organization. This position focuses on enabling multi-functional collaboration, supporting technical engagement with external customers, and streamlining internal execution to address customer challenges efficiently. The role requires working-level technical expertise in HBM systems and products, understanding of customer and competitor landscapes, and the ability to coordinate across engineering teams to deliver timely solutions.
ResponsibilitiesTechnical Support
- Technical expertise on HBM systems, product architecture, manufacturing steps, and integration schemes.
- Analyze customer requirements and competitor strategies to support product and solution decisions.
- Act as a liaison between internal engineering teams and external customers for technical discussions and critical issues.
- Support quarterly customer interlocks and technical reviews with clear documentation and follow-up actions.
- Implement CETL communication protocols and governance processes at the working level.
- Track and report progress on customer work and internal achievements.
- Build positive relationships with internal collaborators (engineering, manufacturing, product teams) and external partners/customers.
- Provide timely updates to the CIL Director on key issues, resolutions, and business impact.
- Occasional domestic and international travel to support customer engagements and technical workshops.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in semiconductor product engineering, system integration, or customer support roles.
- Solid understanding of HBM technology, manufacturing steps, and integration schemes.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.
