As a Senior Wet Etch Equipment Engineer
, with a strong focus on safety and quality, you will play a meaningful role in improving our manufacturing processes by focusing on the installation, maintenance, optimization, and development of our wet etching equipment. Your expertise will support the production of high-quality semiconductor components that are pivotal to our customers  success. You will work closely with multi-functional teams to tackle equipment issues and implement solutions that improve efficiency and yield.

Responsibilities
  • Installation and qualification of industry leading wet process equipment in our new cleanroom
  • Wet process equipment performance, including data analysis, preventative and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation
  • Collaborate with process engineers to identify and resolve equipment-related issues affecting production
  • Use project management skills to complete project milestones that close hardware gaps around equipment deficiencies
  • Establish productive vendor relations to maintain supplier engagement, driving best in class equipment metrics
  • Develop and implement Total Productive Maintenance strategies
Minimum

Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of industry experience working as Equipment Owner with Wet Process Equipment
  • BS or Masters in the Engineering field, equivalent military experience or AAS with 5+yr industry experience
  • Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes
  • May include a 4+ month training period in Taiwan
Preferred Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a detail-oriented approach
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficient in Data Science and Programming skills
