Senior CMP Process Engineer

Location: Boise, Idaho

Pay Range: $90,000 - $150,000

Job Overview

As a Senior CMP Process Engineer, you will be part of the manufacturing support team, contributing to the development and optimization of critical processes that drive product quality and operational excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Start up, develop, and optimize CMP processes to enhance product quality and yield.
  • Collaborate with equipment and integration engineers to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
  • Drive process improvements using statistical process control (SPC) tools and data analysis.
  • Support process development for DRAM manufacturing and ensure process stability.
  • Manage projects to meet milestones related to yield, defect reduction, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2+ years of industry experience as a Process Owner within CMP or related semiconductor processes, or a Master’s degree in Engineering with relevant experience.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes.
  • Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
