• Analyze PDF eProbe output to ensure tool readout maximizes customer benefit in yield improvement.
• Conduct RD experiments to retarget defects of interest, strengthen signals, reduce noise, or improve throughput.
• Create dataflow for repeated and consistent readouts.
• Influence customers to analyze eProbe readouts for yield improvement purposes.

• Use layout edit or review tools such as Cadence ICFB, KLayout, or similar.
• Use analysis platforms such as JMP, Spot Fire, or similar.
• Work with semiconductor fail modes (opens or shorts) in both FEOL and BEOL steps.
• Understand basic device physics such as P‑N junction, transistor operation, CMOS integration.
• Drive experiments rapidly and create high‑quality analysis reports summarizing findings.

• Experience with inspection tools including optical, voltage‑contract, or spectroscopy.
• Experience reading or interpreting circuit schematics, GDS/Oasis layouts, or PFA cross‑sections.
• Python or other programming experience (Java, C#, C++, Ruby, Perl, etc.).
• Experience working with customers in a technical setting and responding promptly with high‑standard results.
