What You’ll Do:

• Lead stormwater/water resources infrastructure projects from inception through completion.
• Oversee hydrologic/hydraulic modeling, drainage studies, and stormwater infrastructure design.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and track project performance.
• Manage preparation of construction documents, permitting, bidding, and compliance with all regulations.
• Drive technical master planning, flood studies (FEMA, CLOMR/LOMR), and capital improvements.
• Serve as primary liaison for clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Advance business development by preparing proposals and responding to new opportunities.
• Ensure sustainable design practices including green infrastructure and LID.

Who You Are:

• Bachelor’s in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• 8+ years of relevant project management and water resources engineering experience.
• Registered P.E. (or ability to obtain in relevant state within 6 months).
• Proficiency in modeling/design software (HEC‑RAS, HEC‑HMS, SWMM, Storm
  
  CAD, HY‑8, Hydro
  
  CAD); advanced modeling a plus.
• Skilled in GIS (ArcGIS or similar), familiar with FEMA flood processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
