Environment, Health and Safety Manager

The EHS Engineer will support regulatory and industry health and safety requirements while balancing operational, personnel, and business needs in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

• Champion workplace safety through leadership, communication, and training.
• Conduct EHS training (respiratory, fall protection, hazard communication, ergonomics).
• Perform ergonomic evaluations and industrial hygiene risk assessments.
• Apply OSHA, NFPA, NEC, SEMI, and ANSI standards.
• Conduct incident investigations using root cause analysis.
• Lead site safety committee meetings and manage corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and best known methods (BKMs).
• Provide safety coaching to employees and leadership.

• 5+ years of EHS experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, biology, industrial hygiene, safety, or related field.
• Semiconductor equipment manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• CSP, CIH, CHMM, or CPE certification is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
