Process Engineer
Micron Technology, Inc. in Boise, Idaho, is seeking an Intern in Photomask Wet Process Engineering. You will join the MTC Cleans Team, develop wet cleaning and resist strip processes for EUV/DUV photomasks, and lead a summer project with measurable impact.
Mentorship and exposure to data analytics, DOE, and process optimization will be provided. You will work with process engineers to characterize equipment, analyze defect and yield data, and apply AI-assisted tools where appropriate.
