We are seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer (PE) to lead a team of 6–7 engineers designing HVAC and plumbing systems for commercial buildings.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead, mentor, and develop mechanical engineering staff.
Design HVAC and plumbing systems
, including air handlers, chillers, cooling towers, and compressors.
Utilize Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD
.
Oversee commercial projects involving retail, offices, higher education, and aviation.
Improve design efficiencies, control costs, and identify business opportunities.
Collaborate with clients and multidisciplinary engineering teams.
QualificationsProfessional Engineer (PE) license required.
Strong commercial mechanical engineering experience; low‑rise buildings preferred.
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and AutoCAD
.
Leadership experience or readiness to advance into management.
Strong communication and client relationship skills.
