Role OverviewProject pursuit and Customer approval Sr. Manager (4.1):
Project Pursuit and Market Engagement- Identifying opportunities in new projects and MRO business.
- Tracking projects and visiting all stakeholders in the market.
- Understanding barriers to entry, local regulations, and market needs.
- Preparing application notes and technical presentations.
- Visiting EPCs, End Clients, and Valve OEMs.
- Acting as the primary point of contact during the pursuit phase to propose right solutions.
- Taking ownership of qualifying projects by specking.
- Driving the complete vendor registration process.
- Delivering the right technical pitch and differentiating from competition.
- Conducting product trials and demos.
- Supporting the transition from the pursuit phase to field sales.
- Ensuring all technical requirements are clear and well-documented.
- Presenting technical information to key decision-makers with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrating strong business acumen to anticipate challenges and address them proactively from start to end.

- 10–15 Years in related field
- 10-15 years of work-ex in technical sales and business development
- Strong knowledge & work-ex in valve automation systems - Actuators, Solenoid & Redundant Valves, Pulse Jet Valves, On-Off valves (Gate, Globe, Butterfly, Ball, Plug, Control) for applications in upstream/downstream processes
- Awareness/knowledge of the domestic & global market, international standards like ASME, API, ANSI, PED, GOST etc. and specifications/testing requirements for valve automation systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present technical information to key decision-makers
- Strong business acumen to anticipate challenges & address them proactively
