paintOS helps painting companies that have outgrown owner-run workflows and disconnected tools. We don't force anyone onto a new platform. We connect the systems they already use, so a job entered once flows through the CRM, schedule and accounting. Then we build the tools that are still missing, starting with whatever is costing the business the most. What works for one client gets shared with painting companies across the country.

AI is how we work. We use it to map a client's operations, build integrations, write and test automations, and get more done than a team our size normally could. You'll be expected to use it the same way.

• Assess a client's operaand money leak out: double entry, missed handoffs, workarounds.
• Design and run the systems, automations, agents, and own the workflow changes across CRM, production, and accounting (e.g. Quick Books).
• Use AI tools to speed up search, process mapping, writing configuration and scripts, testing, documentation.
• Train owners and their teams until the new way sticks, and catch the workarounds early.
• Bring what you learn back to our team so the next client gets it faster.

• Experience implementing systems and strategies until results show up.
• Everyday use of AI tool (Claude, GPT, Grok Bot or similar) in your actual work. You don't need to be an expert. You do need to be past "triedit once."
• Comfort with CRMs, scheduling tools and accounting systems, and how they connect in a small busi
• Excellent problem solving: map a process, find the bottleneck, fix it in a way that scales.
