- Design functional, durable and visually appealing physical products and metal structures
- Develop 3D CAD models, manufacturing drawings and Bills of Materials
- Identify and evaluate sheet metal fabrication manufacturers and compare quotations
- Manage prototype development from design through production and resolve production issues
- Collaborate with technology teams on electronic components and integrated hardware
- 3+ years in mechanical product design, sheet metal fabrication or product engineering
- Experience designing metal structures, mechanical enclosures or fabricated products
- Proficiency in Solid Works, AutoCAD, Autodesk Inventor or equivalent CAD software
- Understanding of sheet metal fabrication, materials and manufacturing processes
- Experience with manufacturing drawings, technical specifications and BOMs
- Ability to manage projects from concept through manufacturing
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Engineering or related field
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and hardware integration familiarity
- Experience managing international suppliers and manufacturing partners
- Hands-on role with real ownership and direct impact on product development
- Direct collaboration with leadership and cross-functional teams
