Chief Financial Officer - Global Business Services and Technology, Private Equity

Our client is a uniquely successful, international technology solutions enterprise with deep expertise and sector leadership in their market, backed by private equity. We are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer/ Partner to the CEO to help lead the growth and ongoing evolution of the enterprise. This role will require travel 50-60% of the time, with some international travel.

Your mandate is to provide “best in class” financial support to the executive team while building robust and scalable infrastructure for a rapidly growing global business. You will take a leadership role in international organic and acquisitive growth initiatives including integration while managing banking relationships and communicating with the Board and investors on a regular basis.

The ideal individual for this role will have sound financial leadership experience, with excellent communication and team building skills. Your background will ideally include commercial services or other B2B services industry experience, which could include exposure to any of the following: professional and consulting services, BPO services, IT solutions services or systems integration services. Experience in scaling a business through acquisition and working with a financial investor and Board will be assets.
