This is a top-producing Mortgage Loan Officer opportunity in Idaho designed for entrepreneurial professionals who generate their own business. Minimum Requirements

Important-DO NOT APPLY if you do not meet all of the following non-negotiable requirements:

  • This role requires an ACTIVE Idaho Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) license.
  • Licensing: Active NMLS license in good standing in Idaho. Candidates awaiting licensure or unlicensed will not be considered.
  • Production Volume: Closed a verifiable minimum of $500,000/month in loan volume ($6M+ annually) in the last 12 months.
  • Source of Business: Must be a 100% self-generating Loan Officer with an established, active referral network. Leads are not provided

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years continuous, verifiable origination experience

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and nurture professional relationships to generate consistent new business
  • Negotiate optimal pricing, terms, and conditions for residential mortgage loans
  • Identify and resolve challenges throughout the loan process for a smooth client experience
  • Guide customers from application to closing
  • Stay up-to-date with origination, processing, appraisal, underwriting, closing requirements, and Idaho-specific regulations
