- This role requires an ACTIVE Idaho Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) license.
- Licensing: Active NMLS license in good standing in Idaho. Candidates awaiting licensure or unlicensed will not be considered.
- Production Volume: Closed a verifiable minimum of $500,000/month in loan volume ($6M+ annually) in the last 12 months.
- Source of Business: Must be a 100% self-generating Loan Officer with an established, active referral network. Leads are not provided
. - Experience: Minimum of 3+ years continuous, verifiable origination experience

- Cultivate and nurture professional relationships to generate consistent new business
- Negotiate optimal pricing, terms, and conditions for residential mortgage loans
- Identify and resolve challenges throughout the loan process for a smooth client experience
- Guide customers from application to closing
- Stay up-to-date with origination, processing, appraisal, underwriting, closing requirements, and Idaho-specific regulations
- Consistently close $500,000+ in monthly loan volume
- Have a stable career history (1–2 moves in 3–5 years)
- Maintain strong referral networks with real estate agents, builders, CPAs, and financial planners
- Are entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and committed to building lasting client relationships
