Key Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile our financial system with another system to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with the other team to resolve discrepancies and improve reconciliation processes.
  • Utilize spreadsheets and pivot tables to analyze and reconcile financial data.
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for daily and monthly reconciliation procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audits as needed.

    • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in accounting or financial reconciliation.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets and pivot tables for data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    • Position Overview:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Reconciliation Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling our system with another office's system, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial records.
