A company is looking for a Hard Money Loan Officer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities- Build and nurture long-term relationships with real estate investors through consistent communication and personalized service
- Guide clients through the investment readiness process and analyze borrower eligibility
- Manage sales pipeline and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless loan processing
- Bachelor's degree and / or experience in real estate, lending, or financial services
- Minimum of 1 year of consultative / inside sales experience
- Proven track record of closing 5+ loans / month for residential investments
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms
- Ability to think critically and navigate obstacles effectively
