Equipped MD is seeking a detail-oriented and self‑motivated accounting professional to join our team in a part‑time capacity. This role will support day‑to‑day accounting and financial operations in a fast‑paced, growing environment. The ideal candidate is organized, flexible, comfortable working independently, and eager to contribute to a company with strong growth potential. This position may evolve into a full‑time role based on performance and business needs.

• Prepare and issue customer invoices and manage ongoing billing processes
• Perform weekly bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records
• Generate and deliver regular financial reports, including weekly, monthly, and annual summaries
• Monitor and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, including calculation and tracking of sales commissions
• Assist with general ledger maintenance and support month‑end and year‑end close processes
• Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure compliance with internal procedures

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or a related role
• Experience working with ERP systems;
  Oracle Net Suite experience is strongly preferred
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and evolving business environment
