Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee the fulfillment of accurate daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting support and service for clients.
- Manage Client Engagement Model & client health reporting.
- Ensure quality servicing and operational performance within delivery standards.
- Engage clients from daily users to decision‑makers.
- Manage delivery metrics.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to analysts.
- Provide training to clients.
- Coordinate and resolve daily client inquiries and projects.
- Develop client relationships and expand network within organizations, understanding client business and product needs.
- Strategically plan service delivery to drive usage and proactively support clients to reduce downtime and support costs.
- Collaborate with sales and support groups to demonstrate the value of support and identify business opportunities for expansion.
- Maintain knowledge of product enhancements and the changing investments accounting industry.
- Aggregate client feedback and provide guidance to improve operations and expand product offering.
Required Skills:
- Working knowledge of financial services and investment accounting.
- Working knowledge of structured products, derivatives, fixed‑income securities, etc. (preferred).
- Self‑starter proactively seeking out solutions and expertise.
- Ability to execute in a fast‑paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional problem‑solving abilities.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or similar field, or relevant experience in investment accounting, management, insurance, Fin Tech, investment operations, or financial services.
- 5+ years of experience.
