Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Mortgage Loan Originator located in the Treasure Valley Idaho area and ideally holds licenses in multiple states. The Mortgage Loan Originator will work closely with prospective homeowners, providing tailored mortgage solutions and exceptional customer service throughout the loan process. Responsibilities include assessing clients’ financial needs, educating them on loan options, preparing and processing loan applications, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

As part of the PLACE + Envoy team, you will collaborate with real estate agents and other service providers to create a seamless experience for clients.

• Proficiency in client relationship management, financial advisory, and customer service.
• Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan programs, and lending regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Familiarity with loan origination systems and technology‑based tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in mortgage banking or a similar role is advantageous.
