Associate Director, TOPS Finance for Technical Development & Quality, serving as the primary finance partner to support strategic and operational decision-making in biotech development and quality functions.
Responsibilities- lead budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial analysis
- develop financial models and KPIs
- prepare executive reports, variance analyses, and investment cases
- collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, manufacturing, and quality
- identify process improvements to enhance financial planning efficiency
- 10+ years in finance, FP&A, or accounting within biotech, pharma, or complex life sciences
- strong financial modeling, variance analysis, and scenario planning skills
- experience supporting technical operations, quality, manufacturing, or R&D functions
- proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and enterprise finance systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Anaplan).
- advanced degree, CPA or equivalent, and experience with biotech development stages, especially CMC, process development, or quality.
