The Manager, Margin & Operations Finance will serve as FP&A's primary finance partner to laboratory operations and related operating functions. • Forecast Accuracy:
Track COS and gross-margin forecast accuracy and improve underlying operating assumptions and driver relationships.
  • Risks and Opportunities:
Maintain quantified margin risks and opportunities and integrate material items into enterprise forecasting.
  • Operations Partnership:
Participate in operating reviews and translate operational performance into financial implications, actions, and forecast changes.
  • Executive and Board Support:
Prepare margin, cost, and operational-performance analyses for executive reviews, forecasts, and Board materials.
