Nouvells is seeking an experienced Investment Banking Associate to contribute high level financial expertise to specialized data evaluation and workflow modeling this role, you will help design, audit, and refine realistic investment banking tasks, financial models, and valuation frameworks. Your real world domain judgment will directly influence how intelligent systems analyze deal structures, synthesize market trends, and formulate client ready financial deliverables.
No prior technical or AI background is needed we value your hands-on experience in corporate finance and deal execution above all.
- Author, structure, and evaluate complex finance tasks that mirror authentic investment banking deliverables, including pitch books, market briefs, transaction summaries, and trading comps
- Build, review, and stress-test comprehensive financial models (DCF, LBO, M&A, accretion/dilution) to ensure logical rigor, accuracy, and technical consistency.
- Analyze precedent transactions and industry benchmarks to articulate clear, nuanced deal commentary and valuation logic.
- Review generated documentation, commentary, and financial outputs for clarity, institutional precision, and client readiness.
- B.Sc in any business management related course
