Senior Financial Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with finance leadership and department managers to deliver financial insights that support strategic business decisions.

• Develop financial models, forecasts, and annual budgets.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and business performance.
• Prepare management reports and financial presentations.
• Monitor revenue, operating expenses, and profitability.
• Identify financial trends and opportunities for cost optimization.
• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting.
• Collaborate with accounting and operational teams.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 4+ years of experience in financial analysis.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP and financial reporting systems.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and forecasting.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• CPA, CFA, or FP&A certification.
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Knowledge of financial planning software.
