Our Sonographer Will- Perform diagnostic ultrasound, physiologic, and duplex studies on patients of all ages according to approved protocols, ultrasound exposure, safety, and established exam indicators including spectral analysis and color Doppler displays.
- Schedules and obtains history from patients.
- Evaluates the appropriateness of requested exams and assists with procedures.
- Some travel between sites expected.
- Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography with OB/GYN and Nuchal Translucency (NT) required.
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers certification from either AHA, ARC or the Military Training Network.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Registered as a Radiologic Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in science or Allied Health field preferred.
