MA/LPN/RN - Urgent Care Flex Float
Join Primary Health Medical Group as an MA/LPN/RN Urgent Care Flex Float. This float position requires availability at all Treasure Valley clinics. Home clinic is State Street Clinic.
Pay: Full‑time position, starting at $18.00/hour with a $2.00/hour differential based on experience.

As an MA/LPN/RN UC Flex Float, you will:
- Assist in examinations and treatment under provider direction, including casting, bracing, and injections
- Provide clinical triage/communication as per protocol or provider instructions
- Prepare treatment rooms and ensure equipment is sterilized, cleaned, and ready
- Perform basic laboratory tests on‑premises and prepare specimens
- Conduct phlebotomy with accurate collection, labeling, and processing
- Assist the back office with patient flow, paperwork, and customer service
- Deliver quality customer service and patient education based on assessment of needs
- Perform tests and procedures as ordered
- Accurately document patient encounters and interventions
- Relay provider instructions to patients
- Assist with non‑direct patient care tasks such as autoclaving, stocking, scanning records, and mailing
- Aid in identifying methods to improve patient care
- Support front office staff in managing patient details, schedules, and referrals
- Assist or lead in emergency situations
- Maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA
- Perform other duties as assigned
We look for:
- Completion of a nationally accredited MA program (EMT certification and experience are considered)
- Current license from the Idaho Board of Nursing for LPNs and RNs
- Venipuncture skills
- Previous clinical experience preferred
- Customer service‑oriented attitude and behavior
- Computer proficiency, including ability to use applicable software for essential job functions
- Recommended vaccinations: annual influenza, Hep B, Td/aP, MMR, Varicella, and TB
