Registered Nurse OB Float Pool Full-Time

Saint Alphonsus is hiring a Full‑Time Registered Nurse for our OB Float Pool to support our Boise, Nampa, and Ontario Oregon hospitals. This position will care for mothers and babies within labor delivery, postpartum, and NICU teams.

Hours:

12‑hour shifts with self‑scheduling. Shift: Rotating shift.

Provide clinical support to mothers and newborns in labor delivery, postpartum, and NICU settings. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver mother‑and‑baby care.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an inpatient RN; experience in LD/OB/NICU preferred.
• RN license in the state of Idaho required prior to start. If multistate, notify Idaho Board of Nursing within 60 days of residency.
• RN license in the state of Oregon required within 90 days of start date.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support for Health Care Provider (BLS/HCP) certification.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) required or obtained within six months of hire date.
• PALS, STABLE, and NCC‑EFM certifications required or obtained within one year of hire date.
