Allumbaugh House is proud to offer inpatient behavioral health services as an integral member of Terry Reilly Health Services. We specialize in substance use detoxification and treatment of co‑occurring illness to individuals voluntarily seeking services. In partnership with our community funders and partners, our mission and values focus on providing access, quality and comprehensive care to the underserved. Our multi-disciplinary team provides patient-centered care with an emphasis on engagement in continuing recovery care.

- Schedule:
Evening/Night Shift openings available (8-hour shifts routinely scheduled, occasional 12-hour shifts) - Employment Type:
Full-time, Part-time, or On-Call - Location:
Boise, Idaho
- Compensation:
Competitive salaries based on experience - Sign-On/Retention Bonus:
- Full-Time (0.75‑1.0 FTE):
Up to $7,500 for evening shift | Up to $10,000 for night shift - Part-Time (0.5‑0.74 FTE):
Up to $3,750 for evening shift | Up to $5,000 for night shift - Bonus payments made over 2 years
- Full-Time (0.75‑1.0 FTE):
- Shift Differentials: $1 per hour evening, $2.50 per hour weekend, $3 per hour night
- NHSC Loan Repayment:
Eligible for loan assistance through the National Health Service Corps program - Comprehensive Benefits:

- Participate in review of referrals and level of care determination.
- Assess and monitor patient medical and behavioral health status.
- Collaborate with psychiatric and medical providers regarding patient conditions and needs.
- Administer patient medication per physician order and re-assessment.
- Participate and provide leadership in admission and discharge processes.
- Participate in milieu management.
- Provide direction and supervision to ancillary staff.
- Assist in development of an individualized plan of care and monitor progress toward goals.
- Successful clearance of Department of Health and Welfare criminal background check.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Idaho.
- Knowledge of computer and email systems.
- Interest in addiction medicine and understanding of the disease concept.
- Utilize critical thinking skills for effective decision-making.
- Understanding of therapeutic communication and boundaries.
- One year work experience providing substance use detoxification and/or general behavioral health services.
- Knowledge of screening tools such as CIWA, COWS, PHQ-9.
- One year's experience providing direction or supervision to other treatment team members.
