** Salary:** $45,000 – $55,000 (based on experience)
** Schedule & Flexibility
*** Primary schedule:
** Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
*** Flexibility within those hours to support operational needs
* ** On-call coverage coordination
** to ensure uninterrupted patient service
* ** Saturday coverage as needed** (planned in advance when possible)
** What We’re Looking For
*** Prior
** management or supervisory experience**, ideally in pharmacy, healthcare, or logistics
* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a regulated, patient-focused environment

We are seeking a dependable and experienced
** Delivery Supervisor
** to oversee pharmacy and healthcare-related delivery operations. This role plays a critical part in ensuring
** timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of medications and healthcare products**, directly supporting patient care and clinical operations.

* ** Essential Job Functions (include the following):*
* • Hire, manage and schedule Delivery staff to ensure adequate coverage for workflow within budget  
• Evaluate workflow processes and implement changes as necessary to meet deadlines and efficiency targets, ensuring OT is at lowest possible levels  
• Manage, maintain, and train delivery department to perform tasks related to on-site equipment provided by pharmacy to clients, including but not limited to medication carts, emergency medication kits, and fax machines
