  Promote the emotional, social, and cognitive growth of patients, considering the context of their family, culture, and developmental stage.
• Educational Guidance:
  Enhance patients’ and families’ understanding of medical procedures and diagnoses using developmentally appropriate techniques.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Child Life Development, Early Childhood Education, or Pediatric Psychology.
• Experience:
  
  At least 1 year of relevant experience working with children.
• Licenses/Certifications:
  
  Certified Child Life Specialist (CCLS) certification is required.
