Company Job Description/Day to Day Duties:

Duties and Responsibilities

• Review and process initial provider enrollment applications per State requirements
• Update provider changes, certifications, and license updates
• Navigate multiple licensing and medical certification websites to obtain updates.
• Follow up with providers on outstanding issues within contractual guidelines set by our customer.
• Provides excellent customer service with professional verbal and written abilities.
• Interacts with providers and coworkers in a professional manner.
• Ability to identify when to elevate a documentation issue and identify the root cause.
• Records calls accurately in a call tracking system and records all steps accurately in the provider’s file.
• Maintains specific quality and quantity standards.
• Assists providers via telephone and email to resolve credentialing and enrollment issues related to the provider file.

Minimum Education/Qualifications/Licensures:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Provider enrollment and credentialing
• MS application knowledge
